Payment Methods for Domestic Orders

Your order will be delivered in 1-2 day(s) after payment has been received.
Please wire to the following bank account.

Kindly note that you will bear any fees (including lifting charges) associated with the bank transfer.
If not, the delivery should be delayed until the settlement.

The sender name on wire transfer must be the same name when placing an order.

Please wire within 3 banking days after receipt of order confirmation email.
If payment is not received within 3 banking days, your order will be cancelled.

Based on the amount to be paid through the cash on delivery service, a cash on delivery fee and handling fee will be charged as follows.

Cash on Delivery Fee
Based on the amount of cash on delivery payment, the following cash on delivery fee will be charged.

Less than 500,000 yen:　1,000 yen
500,000 yen or more: 55,000 yen

Handling Fee
Amount of cash on delivery payment　Handling Fee

Less than 500,000 yen:　Free
500,000 yen or more:　15,000 yen

In case the amount of cash on delivery payment is 500,000 yen or more, please make a payment of both the cash on delivery fee and handling fee in advance. After confirming the payment thereof, we will arrange the delivery schedule.

If you fail to receive your order on the delivery date, redelivery is not available, and your order will be returned to us.

(You may be able to pick up your order at the applicable sales office of Sagawa Express; however, this is not guaranteed.)
Please be advised that even if your order is not received at your designated address or is returned to us, the cash on delivery fee and handling fee may not be refunded.

Credit cards issued in Japan are only acceptable.
*Credit cards issued in overseas are acceptable in our boutique.
