There is no need to make an appointment.
We are open every day(11:00am to 8:00pm) except during the year-end and New Year's holidays, so please feel free to drop by anytime.

Can I use my credit or debit card at the boutique?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including VISA, MASTER, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, and Union Pay.
Can I be informed when SOLD OUT items are restocked?
Absolutely, we are happy to received your reservation request.

How can I get the after spa services /repairs after purchase?
All Hermes products are provided with an after care service with Hermes boutique such as repairs, so please contact the nearest Hermès boutique directly if you wish to have the product repaired or other service.
Depending on the situation such as lack of spare parts at Hermes, conditions of the product or other circumstances, they may not be able to respond to your request.

Yes, our prices are more premium since items are difficult to source.

We do not sell any brands other than Hermes .

We do not buy in products that purchased by customers, although the item might be brand new purchased from Hermes.

We do not handle any copied product or any law breaking illegal product.
