Do I need to make an appointment to visit L'ecrin Boutique?

There is no need to make an appointment.
We are open every day（11:00am to 8:00pm) except during the year-end and New Year's holidays, so please feel free to drop by anytime.

Can I use my credit or debit card at the boutique?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including VISA, MASTER, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, and Union Pay.

Can I be informed when SOLD OUT items are restocked?

Absolutely, we are happy to received your reservation request.
Please feel free to contact us by phone, enquiry form, or by clicking the "Enquiry about this item" button on the product page.

*In the event that some items are not available in the current collection or discontinued, we may not be able to take your request. In that case, we will suggest you with an item similar to your request.

How can I get the after spa services /repairs after purchase?

All Hermes products are provided with an after care service with Hermes boutique such as repairs, so please contact the nearest Hermès boutique directly if you wish to have the product repaired or other service.
Depending on the situation such as lack of spare parts at Hermes, conditions of the product or other circumstances, they may not be able to respond to your request.

Can I get a warranty card issued by Hermes?

With regards to Hermes products, they do not provide warranty cards.

Do you have stores beside of Tokyo?

L'ecrin Boutique Singapore is located in Orchard Road, Palais Renaissance.

The price for listed items is it expensive than Hermes boutique Japan?

Yes, our prices are more premium since items are difficult to source.

Do you carry brands other than Hermes?

We do not sell any brands other than Hermes .
L'ecrin Boutique Tokyo and Singapore is a Hermès specialize Boutique" dealing 100% in new Hermès products only .

Do you buy in items from customer that have just been purchased from Hermes and are not being used?

We do not buy in products that purchased by customers, although the item might be brand new purchased from Hermes.

Do you deal in used products?

We do not handle any copied product or any law breaking illegal product.
Maison L'ecrin Inc. in direct management of L'ecrin Boutique Tokyo is active in preventing the circulation of copied and illegal product.

We exclusively handle brand new product that have been purchased at the Hermes boutiques and have been imported from all over the world.
We do not handle factory product, "Shooting Star Marked" product, used product, recycled product, B-rated product, or failed product.
